Q: What is the lead-time for the Paul Flum Displays?

A: Generally the Paul Flum Showoff Displays are ready to despatch within three weeks of order, less if they are one of our frequently ordered brands. Metal displays and special orders are usually five to six weeks.

Q: Are the displays easy to assemble?

A: In a word – yes!  Paul Flum Modular Racks come all packed in one carton, and they are assembled by simply pushing the components together.  Even our metal displays are designed so they do not require any fixings, because we understand that ease and speed of assembly is crucial to getting the displays in store.

Q: What are your terms of delivery?

A: We can do whichever is best for you. We can either show you the transport cost separately or build it into the unit price so you have a delivered cost per display. If you prefer an FOB price to arrange your own shipping, that is fine, or some customers collect from our facility in the UK. We are happy to ship by sea container [CIF] or by road [DDU] where appropriate. We can arrange distribution to your depots or customers if that is what you need.

Q: I need a different colour of tray than shown on your website.

A: No problem. We can mould the Paul Flum Showoff Displays in a huge range of standard colours to suit any branding. If you require an exact Pantone colour match, that can be done, but, to be honest, it is usually not needed. We can mostly work with the standard range of colours available.

Q: In what format do you need my artwork?

A: High resolution unflattened illustrator files are best. If you can let us have your logos and straplines, we can do the rest, and send you layouts for your approval. If you prefer to do your own artwork, we will provide you with print dimensions.
